Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for a short retention period for security and to keep the site running. We do not combine these logs with any email you send.

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider to deliver the page.
LawfulnessLegal basis
We process your email on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) when you send an email. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
StorageRetention
Server logs are retained for the period required by our hosting provider for security purposes and are then deleted.
DisclosureSharing
We do not pass your data on to third parties without your consent, and we do not sell your data. We may use processors (for example, an email provider) that handle the data strictly on our behalf and under a data processing agreement. If we add such providers, we will update this page.
